Recorded in slow-motion?
Height calibrates real-world distances. Posture scoring bands were tuned for baseball-style swings — for other sports, treat scores as directional, not exact. Only toggle slow-motion on if the clip visibly plays back slower than normal. Your clip is only kept on the server briefly (about 30 min) for playback, then deleted — it's not backed up by this app.
